California residents have specific rights over the personal information we collect. Here is what we collect, why, and how to exercise every right available to you.

  • Financial information: income, assets, debts, credit history and loan details you submit through our secure application when you apply.
  • Internet activity: pages viewed on this site and general location, used to keep the site working and improve our guides.
  • Property information: address, type, occupancy and value of the property you are financing.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, to originate, underwrite, and close a mortgage loan, to meet licensing and recordkeeping obligations, and to operate and secure this website.

We do not sell your personal information

Lend4Less does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. You can still record an opt-out preference on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or in your .

How to submit a request

Email Dennis@lend4less.com or call 209-602-4900 with the subject "California Privacy Request." We verify your identity using information already in our records before acting, and we respond within 45 days (extendable by another 45 days when necessary). An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

Financial-institution exemption

Personal information collected in connection with a mortgage loan application is generally governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the federal privacy notice you receive with your loan, which may limit certain CCPA rights for that data. Everything else is covered by this notice and our Privacy Policy.
